Since fluoroplastic high-temperature wire was originally used in developed countries and belongs to special electrical wire, it has been widely used in developed countries, so Europe and America have formulated special standards for fluoroplastic high-temperature wire. UL758 is the standard of electronic wire in UL, and fluoroplastic high temperature wire follows UL758 standard. UL758 specifies various specifications such as the size of AWG conductor and wire diameter in fluoroplastic high temperature wire. VDE standard adopts VDE0250. Like UL758 standard, VDE0250 specifies specification parameters such as conductor cross-sectional area and wire diameter.

Fluoroplastic high temperature electronic wire, also known as high temperature resistant wire-high temperature wire. The conductor is mainly stranded tinned copper wire or silver plated copper wire, and the insulator is fluoroplastic (FEP, PFA,PTFE, or ETFE)
Fluoroplastic high temperature electronic wire is characterized by flame retardant, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance. PFA material is used as insulation material, and the temperature resistance can reach 250 ℃ and FEP material can reach 200 ℃.
